Our new "challenge," at BIKE NIGHT sponsored by Las Cruces Motorsports, started with the August 2010 event. This challenge will run through the June 2011. Prizes for this challenge are gift certificates of $500, $200, and $100 for the top 3 finishers at the end of June.
The first challenge event was a weaving slowrace (which proved to be challenging for many of the contestants). Below is a points list of competitors, which will be updated monthly after each bike night. Anyone may jump in to compete at bike nights. Missing one (or more) of the events doesn't mean you can't take part in others.
Next month, September 2010, will feature our first speed event. In the last couple of years we have stayed with competitions that favor going the slowest. Next time that changes!!!
